A LITTLE CLARITY
Your questions, thoughtfully answered.
Everything you need to know about shopping, selling and trading on Amanah Grid.
What is Amanah Grid?
Amanah Grid is a marketplace for halal-conscious and ethically minded shoppers. It connects independent vendors with retail shoppers and wholesale buyers, and every product is sold by the vendor shown on its page.
How do I place an order?
Add products to your bag, review your order at checkout and pay securely. You will receive an order confirmation by email, and the vendor prepares your items for dispatch.
What does the verified badge mean?
The badge shows that our team reviewed the vendor’s business details before their store went live. It is not a guarantee of product quality, safety or Shariah compliance, so please review each product’s details before you buy.
How does wholesale purchasing work?
Products with wholesale pricing appear on the Wholesale page with a price per unit and a minimum order. Once your quantity reaches the minimum, the wholesale price applies automatically in your bag.
Are all products halal certified?
Not automatically. Vendors are asked to disclose ingredients, materials and any certification they hold. Please check the product details and, where it matters to you, the certification documents, or seek qualified guidance.
What about delivery and returns?
Each vendor sets its own dispatch times and returns policy, shown on the product page and the vendor’s store page. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
How can I become a vendor?
Visit Become a Vendor and tell us about your business. Our team reviews every application before a store goes live.
How do I report a concern?
Use Report store on any store page, or contact us. Share what happened and any order details so we can review it fairly.
